Lessons learned

As you all know I've been having issues with my parents. I'm happy to say by my avoiding them in their "time of need" I forced them to take matters into their own hands and fix their own problems. They found a nice place to live, in their price range, with nice neighbors and closer to the city. My father found several places to work and put in his resume at each one. My mother still has breakdowns from her material loss, but is learning that without all her stuff she is still the same person. And I let them know that I was not there for them to use when ever they had a problem. I would say that is a lesson learned (for me too)

Thanks :D it is always a work in progress, but what would life be without it? I'm happy to say the rest of my life (though uneventful) is very good.
